Partner companies commit to reducing their impact on the global environment by completing a corporate-wide inventory of their greenhouse gas emissions based on a quality management system, setting aggressive reduction goals, and annually reporting their progress to EPA. Irwin Hodson Press is now certified carbon neutral!
Irwin Hodson Press places particular significance on reducing emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere as much as possible. So, we worked with ClimatePartner California Inc. to determine the relevant carbon footprint and to give recommendations for potential reductions. With an individualized emissions calculator, we can quote the specific emissions attributable to every print job. As an additional service these emissions can then be compensated through the purchase of carbon offset certificates issued to support recognized climate protection projects.
